  • Selection and comprehensive medical examination of surrogate mother (SM)

    Selection of surrogate mother candidates according to individual criteria, psychological diagnosis and medical examination of SM to confirm the possibility of IVF procedure, followed by a pregnancy and childbirth by SM


  • Legal support of the program until the childbirth

    Legal support of the program prior to entering into surrogacy contract, its compilation, translation and notarization. Documenting the SM husband’s consent to participate in the program. This service does not include the visit of our lawyer to the country of intended parents.


  • Surrogacy (medicines included)

    Preparation of the endometrium of a surrogate mother to embryo transfer, IVF, support of embryo implantation and its early development until a pregnancy test. Attempts of embryonic transfer into the body of surrogate mother would be continued until the frozen embryos are stored.


  • Cryo

    At the request of the parent/ parents cryopreservation of embryos left over after IVF and storage of them for 9 months.


  • Medical support of SM pregnancy

    Routine prenatal care after SM in the clinic, diagnostics, ultrasound, laboratory tests for the entire period, including preparations for maintenance of pregnancy, vitamins.


  • Surrogate mother support: main expenses

    Rent of comfortable apartment for the whole period of pregnancy, utilities, cleaning and food

    Buying clothes and shoes for SM


  • The organization of childbirth

    Selection of the hospital, organization of medical support, conducting the process of delivery, cesarean section (if required) and SM stay in the maternity department. Medications and anesthesia are included.


  • DNA diagnostics

    Conducting DNA diagnostics to determine the degree of relationship of parents and child after birth. (If necessary it is possible to conduct diagnosis during pregnancy).


  • Supervision and control over the fulfillment of contractual obligations

    Full control of a SM, providing parents with detailed information on SM, compliance with medical requirements of the program; assistance in urgent situations during pregnancy and childbirth, control of purchasing and taking medicines by surrogate mother; appointments with doctors; informing intended parents about the surrogate mother’s visits to the clinic, the control over the fulfillment of doctor`s recommendations during pregnancy; assisting the SM during visits to the clinic; all transport costs; translation, notarization and legalization of the parent / parents documents (passports, marriage and other certificates, etc.) to further obtaining a birth certificate for a child. Helping in the design and registration of documents for the child, including the child’s birth certificate, for further submission of documents to the embassy. Translation and legalization of birth certificate. Legal services in Eastern Europe after the baby is born.
